The Academic Pinnacle of Educational Sciences. The PhD program in Education Management and Supervision at Cyprus Health and Social Sciences University (CHSSU) aims to cultivate “Doctors of Philosophy (PhD)” who can analyze educational institutions and systems through scientific methodologies, develop original educational models, and contribute to the universal body of knowledge. Our program offers a broad academic perspective—from the philosophy of education and supervision models to strategic school management and educational policy analysis. With an educational model centered on critical thinking, we prepare research-oriented leaders who will generate scientific solutions to the complex challenges of the educational world.

To apply for our doctoral programs at CHSSU, candidates are required to submit the following documents:
Bachelor’s Degree: A valid Bachelor’s diploma and official transcripts for each completed academic term/year.
Master’s Degree: A valid Master’s diploma (with thesis) and official transcripts for each completed academic term/year.
Turkish Language Proficiency: Candidates applying for PhD programs taught in Turkish must provide evidence of advanced Turkish language proficiency. Candidates who cannot provide a valid exemption document will be required to take the CHSSU Turkish Proficiency Exam held on campus.
Identification: A scanned copy of a valid international passport or birth certificate.
Curriculum Vitae (CV): An up-to-date CV highlighting academic and professional background.
Research Proposal: A comprehensive PhD research proposal outlining the intended area of study.
