The Master’s Program in Educational Administration and Supervision at Cyprus Health and Social Sciences University (CHSSU) is a high-level specialization program designed for professionals who aim to manage educational institutions more effectively, apply scientific standards in supervision processes, and lead educational policies. Professionals graduating from the CHSSU Educational Administration and Supervision program gain a strategic advantage in the management levels and supervision units of the education sector. Our alumni can serve as school principals or assistant principals in public and private educational institutions and rise in their careers as education inspectors (supervisors). They can take on strategic roles as education coordinators, education consultants, and education planners within human resources units. Furthermore, graduates of our Thesis program can continue their doctoral (PhD) studies, build academic careers at universities, and contribute to the educational sciences literature through scientific research.

Bachelor’s Degree: A valid Bachelor’s Diploma or Graduation Certificate.
Academic Transcripts: Official transcripts for each completed academic term or year of your undergraduate studies.
Turkish Language Proficiency: Candidates applying for Master’s programs taught in Turkish are required to submit a valid Turkish proficiency certificate. Candidates without a certificate must successfully pass the CHSSU Turkish Proficiency Exam organized by our university before commencing their studies.
Identification: A scanned copy of your valid international passport or birth certificate.
Curriculum Vitae (CV): An up-to-date CV outlining your academic background and any professional experience.
